This is my first review so do not be harsh with me But what better way to start than reviewing this very pretty book?
But to be honest the first I saw nothing new to the book that has only:
a) It has a protagonist (Teagan), a girl so normal (bordering on boring) a very sweet girl but sometimes unflavored.
b) Have a nice guy, very pretty but what I mean? So hot¡ make you wonder, "Why not get kids like that, to my school more often?" obvious that (how not?) was the new kid at school.
c) And let's face it, in the darkness of our subconscious curse the star for being so fortunate as to have a boy like that of cute drooling for it simply by breathing and that does not stop babbling about things that had been waiting ( months!, years!, ever!) and finally finds his one true love.
So I ask how that was what gave the book such good reviews by other readers? as far as I had read had nothing special (except for our leading man) so I decided to continue reading and little by little their romance progresses (and why not? complicated) that Garreth (named for our beloved summer love and a reflection of everything good and perfect that the world has to give) is not just the new kid in school, but also an angel (really hope that the title of the book has given them no clue) and Garreth is less than one, and accompanying his arrival dark creatures led by the mysterious Hadrian not hesitate to do whatever is necessary to move to the dark side to Teagan and thereby change the world as everyone knows (angels and humans included) .
In my personal opinion which saves the book are the last 50 or 60 pages that is where things really start to complicate and the love triangle begins to become important in the plot where the characters (regardless of whether they are angels or human) become much more real, it becomes more human with all the contradictions and contrasts that this entails. One of the things I liked the book is like Teagan begins to turn in a strange way more "human" becomes more real to my eyes and much more identifiable, although leaves you with some incredible desire to shout about things it goes on to say, do and think (a female character much like Melissa Mar) is transformed into a fully human character with flaws and faults, but most finally begins to feel drawn to and comfortable with this dark part that forms part of all human beings and don’t stop to call her and tempt.
It is very refreshing to know that this character is not completely white if that gradually is becoming a character full of the Greyscale and Hadrian is a key element in this process but Teagan never loses his life direction and priorities here.
A beautiful novel where the boundaries of reality and fantasy does not exist, that takes you to enjoy the sweetest first love and the most ardent temptation ....

Esta es mi primera reseña así que no sean muy duras conmigo ¿Pero que mejor manera de empezar que reseñando este lindísimo libro?
Pero que al ser francos al principio no le vi nada de nuevo al libro por que:
a) Tiene una protagonista (Teagan) que es una chica tan pero tan normal (que rayaba en lo aburrido) una chica muy dulce pero de vez en cuando un poco sosa.
b) Tiene a un chico lindo, lindísimo¡¡¡¿pero que digo? tan pero tan guapo que te hacen preguntarte: "¿por que no llegan chicos así, a mi escuela mas seguido?" por que obvio (¿como no?) era el chico nuevo de la escuela.
c) Y admitámoslo en la oscuridad de nuestro subconsciente maldecimos a la protagonista por ser tan afortunada como para tener un chico así de lindo babeando por ella por el simple hecho de respirar y que no para de balbucear cosas acerca de que la llevaba esperando ( ¡meses!, ¡años!, ¡siglos!) y que al fin encuentra a su verdadero y único amor.
Así que me pregunte ¿que era lo que le daba a ese libro tan buenas criticas por parte de otras lectoras? cuando hasta donde lo había leído no tenia nada extraordinario (a excepción por nuestro galán) así que decidi seguír leyendo y poco a poco su romance va avanzando(y ¿como no? complicándose) por que Garreth (el nombre de nuestro queridísimo amor de verano y reflejo de todo lo bueno y perfecto que el mundo tiene que dar) no es solo el chico nuevo de la escuela, sino que también es un ángel (de verdad espero que el titulo de el libro no les haya dado ninguna pista) y es que Garreth no llega solo con su llegada lo acompañan criaturas oscuras lideradas por el misterioso Hadrian que no dudara en hacer lo que sea necesario para pasar al lado oscuro a Teagan y con ello cambiar el mundo como todos los conocen (ángeles y humanos incluidos).
En mi opinión personal lo que salva al libro son las ultimas 50 o 60 paginas (aunque la verdad no las conté, pero mas u menos entienden mi punto) por que es ahí donde las cosas realmente se empieza a complicar y el triangulo amoroso empieza a tomar importancia en la trama del libro, donde los personajes (independientemente si son ángeles o humanos) se vuelven mucho mas reales, se vuelve mas humanos con todas las contradicciones y contrastes que esto acarrea. Una de las cosas que mas me gusto del libro es como Teagan empieza a volverse de una forma extraña mas "humana", se vuelve mas real a mis ojos y mucho mas identificable, que aunque te deja con unas ganas increíbles de gritarle por las cosas que llega a decir, hacer y pensar (un personaje femenino muy al estilo Melissa Mar) se transforma en un personaje totalmente humano con fallas y con culpas, pero sobretodo por fin empieza a sentirse atraída y comoda con esta parte oscura que forma parte de todos los seres humanos y que no para de llamarla y tentarla.
Es muy refresante saber que este personaje no es totalemente blanco si no que poco a poco se va conviertiendo en un personaje lleno de esta escala de grises y Hadrian es una pieza clave en este proceso pero Teagan nunca pierde la direccion de su vida y las prioridades en esta.
Una hermosa novela donde los limites de la realidad y la fantasia no existen, que te lleva a disfrutar el mas dulce primer amor y la mas ardiente tentacion....
